Chapter 17: The Two Parties To A Transaction Have The Choice (Of Annulling It) So Long As They Have - كتاب التجارات

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمِقْدَامِ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِيءِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ ‏ "‏ الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ‏"‏ ‏.‏

It was narrated from Abu Barzah Al-Aslami that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

”The two parties to a transaction have the choice (of annulling it) so long as they have not yet parted."
