Hadith 3452
Chapter 31: Giving The Choice To A Slave Woman Who Has Been Set Free And Whose Husband Is Still A Slave - كتاب الطلاق
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُومَانَ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها قَالَتْ كَانَ زَوْجُ بَرِيرَةَ عَبْدًا .
It was narrated that 'Aishah, may Allah be pleased with her, said:
"The husband of Barirah was a slave."
