Chapter 5: What has been said regarding the armour of the Prophet ﷺ, his staff, sword, cup and ring, and what the caliphs after him used of these things which had not been distributed, and also (what is said) about his hair, shoes and utensils which were considered as blessed things by his companions and others after his death - كتاب فرض الخمس
قَالَ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُوقَةَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُنْذِرًا الثَّوْرِيَّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ، قَالَ أَرْسَلَنِي أَبِي، خُذْ هَذَا الْكِتَابَ فَاذْهَبْ بِهِ إِلَى عُثْمَانَ، فَإِنَّ فِيهِ أَمْرَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي الصَّدَقَةِ.
Muhammad bin Suqa:
I heard Mundhir at-Tuzi reporting Ibn Hanafiya who said, "My father sent me saying, 'Take this letter to `Uthman for it contains the orders of the Prophet (ﷺ) concerning the Sadaqa.' "
حمیدی نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا ہم سے سفیان نے بیان کیا ‘ انہوں نے کہا ہم سے محمد بن سوقہ نے کہا کہ میں نے منذر ثوری سے سنا ‘ وہ محمد بن حنفیہ سے بیان کرتے تھے کہ
میرے والد ( حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ ) نے مجھ کو کہا کہ یہ پروانہ عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کو لے جا کر دے آؤ ‘ اس میں زکوٰۃ سے متعلق رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے بیان کردہ احکامات درج ہیں ۔
ইব্নু হনাফিয়্যাহ (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিতঃ তিনি বলেন, আমার পিতা আমাকে পাঠিয়ে বলেন, এ ফরমানটি নাও এবং এটি ‘উসমান (রাঃ) -এর নিকট নিয়ে যাও, এতে আল্লাহর রসূল (সাল্লাল্লাহু ‘আলাইহি ওয়া সাল্লাম) সদকা সম্পর্কিত নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন।
