Hadith 3506
Chapter 1317: Regarding Liability For The Slave - كتاب الإجارة
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ " .
Narrated Uqbah ibn Amir:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The contractual obligation of a slave is three days.
